Preface
This reference guide lists various features that can be performed on the touch panel display.
In addition, this manual uses screen images that show all optional units and optional products equipped to describe operations.

The values set at the machine can be checked by printing out the Configuration Report.
This manual is designed to explain the features of various models. As a result, this manual may include descriptions of features not available with your model, or of models, optional units, or accessories sold separately that is not available in your country or region. In this manual, the loading orientations of paper and originals are represented as follows:
, “Portrait”: loading paper or originals in portrait orientation when viewed from the front of the machine.
, “Landscape”: loading paper or originals in landscape orientation when viewed from the front of the machine.
Portrait
The short edge is referred to as “Length” and the long edge is “Width”.
Landscape
The short edge is referred to as “Width” and the long edge is “Length”.
Some functions mentioned in this manual may not be used according to the model and installed optional units.
“WSD” stands for “Web Services on Devices”.
“XPS” stands for “XML Paper Specification”.
