Authentication for Job Flow Sheets and Folders

Conditions for Job Flow Sheet and Folder Use

  • If you switch the authentication method, the job flow sheets and folders created by login users while logging in to the local account or remote account will be deleted.

  • Job flow sheets and folders will not be deleted even if the authentication method changes if:

    • The system administrator created the job flow sheet or folder.

    • A local user created the job flow sheet or folder while the authentication feature was disabled.

When Using the Authentication Feature

Note

  • When using the authentication feature, the following users are able to use folders and job flow sheets.

    • In either [Local] or [Network] authentication mode: login users and system administrators

    • In [Remote] authentication mode: login users excluding guest users

Creating Folders

When using the authentication feature, the relationship between creators and users of folders that can be created/used is as follows.
