Pins
The job history of copy, scan, fax and Internet fax are saved in ([Pins]). Also the settings created on the feature list of each app are saved here as pins using the [Save as Pin] button.
The following operations are available on [Pins].
Select a job history record and submit it again by launching an app
Apply [Create Pin] to a job history record, then submit it again
Submit a job using the setting saved (pinned) from each app's feature list
Note
The job history records to which [Create Pin] is applied and the settings saved (pinned) from each app's feature list can also be submitted directory, without launching apps.
When operating in authentication mode, each user's job history records and pins saved from each app's feature list are saved separately for their own.
The pins created by the system administrator are available to all users.

Creating Pins
You can perform the following operations on the job history records to which [Create Pin] is applied, as well as the settings saved (pinned) from each app’s feature list.
[Start Now]: Run the job using the setting saved in the job history.
Note
For Fax or Internet Fax jobs, executing [Start Now] is not allowed due to the reason of preventing mistransmission.
[Edit Name]: Edit the name for the saved pin.
[Move to Top]: Move to the top of the list.
[Delete]: Delete from the list.
Saving a History Record of a Job as a Pin
- Tap on [Pins].
- Tap on
> [Create Pin] in the job history.
If you tap on [Delete], the job history is deleted.
- Enter the name to save, and then tap on [OK].
is displayed in the job history.
Creating Pins from Apps
Note
If there is an app of which [Anonymous Users' Parameter Sets & Pins] on [Pins Settings] is disabled, the anonymous users cannot create pins from that app.
Some combinations of settings cannot be pinned.
- On the app’s feature list screen, adjust each feature to the preferred settings in order to save it as a pin.
- Tap on [Save as Pin].
- Enter the name to save, and then tap on [OK].
Submitting Jobs by Launching an App
- Load the document.
- Tap on [Pins].
- Tap on the job history to be used.
- Tap on [Start].
Using [Start Now] Function of a Pin
Note
If a pin saved from the feature list of apps has no destination, you cannot resubmit the job directly.
- Load the document.
- Tap on [Pins].
- Tap on
