[Scan to Save Location] Screen

This screen is displayed by tapping [Scan to Save Location] on the rule selection screen.

  • The displayed items differ according to the license you have a contract for.

It enables you to select the destination to save the scanned documents to.

[Refresh]

Updates the displayed information.

[Personal Postbox]

Specifies Personal Postbox as the location to save the data. The scan settings screen is displayed.

[Tray]

Specifies a tray as the location to save the data. The tray selection screen is displayed.

[Workspace]

Specifies a workspace as the location to save the data. The workspace selection screen is displayed.

[Box]

Specifies Box as the location to save the data. The [Select Folder] screen is displayed.

[Dropbox]

Specifies Dropbox as the location to save the data. The [Select Folder] screen is displayed.

[Google Drive]

Specifies Google Drive as the location to save the data. The [Select Folder] screen is displayed.

[kintone]

Specifies kintone as the save location. Displays the [Select App] Screen.

[Microsoft Teams]

Specifies Microsoft Teams as the save location. Displays the [Select Team] screen.

[OneDrive for Business]

Specifies OneDrive for Business as the save location. The [Select Folder] screen is displayed.

[SharePoint Online]

Specifies SharePoint Online as the save location. The [Select Site] screen is displayed.
