Performing Accounting by Account ID

Account IDs are categorization codes for performing project-based accounting on the usage status of functions such as the print, copy, and scan functions.

By associating account IDs with users, you can check pie charts and bar charts indicating the accounting results with account ID and user as the accounting keys.

  2. Register an account ID.

  3. Associate an account ID with users.

  4. When the set data is reflected in the device, accounting can be performed on the results of users using the device with account ID or user as the key.
