What Is a Personal Postbox?
A place where to transfer documents between you and other users.
When you log in for the first time, a Personal Postbox will be created by default.
From the Personal Postbox, you can send documents to a workspace, another tray, or another user's Personal Postbox.
You can check the history of transfer of documents.

- You can receive documents sent by other users.
- You can check the history of transferred documents.
- It shows the number of documents stored.
- Documents in a Personal Postbox can be moved to workspaces, other trays, Personal Postboxes or archives.
- You cannot upload documents directly to a Personal Postbox.
Note
- The name of the Personal Postbox cannot be changed.
- The Personal Postbox cannot be hidden.
- The Personal Postbox cannot be deleted.
- The Personal Postbox cannot be shared with other users.

In some cases, the {user name} in "{user name}'s Personal Postbox" displayed in the Sent History or destination selection screen will be a string converted from the user name registered with FUJIFILM BI Direct.
