Usage Notes and Restrictions

Administrators with one of the following permissions can change the settings of the location where documents are handled in the tenant, and share or retrieve documents.

• Service Administrator
• Tenant Operation Administrator
• Tenant System Administrator

For sending documents to the Personal Postbox of the user who has canceled the contract with FUJIFILM IWpro service, the documents will be redisplayed. The names of the redisplayed documents may be suffixed with serial numbers in the following cases.

• A document with the same name exists in the Personal Postbox
• Before the document is redisplayed in the source location, another document with the same name is added to the source location

The workspace that is automatically created when you log in for the first time is created with a string converted from the user name registered with FUJIFILM BI Direct using the following rules.
In addition, the {user name} in "{user name}'s Personal Postbox" displayed in the Sent History or destination selection screen will also be a string converted from the user name using the following rules.

• The following strings will be removed.
  +=`~!@#%^&{}()[]$\/:;'?*"><|_ and spaces
• If it ends with a period (.), it will be replaced with an underscore (_).
• If it matches the following string (case insensitive), an underscore (_) will be added after it.
  CON, PRN, AUX, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, LPT9
• If it starts with the following strings (case insensitive), the period (.) will be replaced with an underscore (_).
  CON., PRN., AUX., NUL., COM1., COM2., COM3., COM4., COM5., COM6., COM7., COM8., COM9., LPT1., LPT2., LPT3., LPT4., LPT5., LPT6., LPT7., LPT8., LPT9.

• When there are many documents in a workspace, document operations and the scroll behavior of web browsers in thumbnail view may be slow.
  In that case, you can take the actions below.
  • Switch thumbnail view to list view
  • Reduce the documents in the workspace
• Freehand markers originally embedded in documents other than those with markers annotated in DocuWorks will not be displayed in thumbnail view because internal processing will fail.

• If the Internet connection is interrupted while operating FUJIFILM IWpro, it may not operate normally even if the Internet is reconnected.
  In this case, refresh the display of your web browser.
• Some features may not work properly if the pop-up blocker setting is enabled.
  In that case, disable the pop-up blocker for the FUJIFILM IWpro URL "https://fbiwpro.fujifilm.com/" in your web browser settings. Please check the homepage for your web browser for how to disable it.

A guest user is a FUJIFILM BI Direct user who has been assigned a Collaboration license.
Guest users will not be able to access the management screen or perform administrator operations even if they are designated as FUJIFILM BI Direct system administrators, operation administrators, or service administrators.
