Entering a Print Reference Number to Print

• If an administrator has enabled [Allow Issuing of Print Reference Number], print reference numbers can be issued.
• The first screen that is displayed depends on the administrator settings. For details, see Configuring Settings for Printing from Devices in Your Tenant.

1. Tap [FUJIFILM IWpro Print] on the control panel of the device.
   • A message regarding a billing device may be displayed, depending on the device settings. In that case, set [Use Billing Device] according to the installation state of the billing device.

2. Log in to the device.
   • For information on logging in, see Logging In in "Getting Started with FUJIFILM IWpro".
3. On the job list screen, tap [Enter Reference No.].
   • The [Enter Reference No.] screen is displayed if [reservedNumberPrint] is set to [On] on the [Properties] screen of the device.
4. On the [Enter Reference No.] screen, enter the print reference number.
5. Tap [OK] on the confirmation screen that is displayed.
6. On the job list screen, select the file to print.
   • If you selected a file with a passcode, the [Enter Passcode] screen is displayed. Enter the passcode (four digits), and tap [OK].
7. To check a preview before printing, tap [] then tap a thumbnail to display the [Preview] screen.
8. To check the document information before printing, tap [] > [Document Information] to display the [Document Information] screen.
9. To change the print settings, tap [] > [Change Settings], and configure each item on the [Change Settings] screen as required.
10. Tap [Print].
