Logging In

Basic Login Method

To use the Web application of FUJIFILM IWpro, it is first necessary to log in to FUJIFILM BI Direct.

  • For details on logging in, see the Login Guide of FUJIFILM BI Direct (https://direct-fb.fujifilm.com/).
  1. Enter the URL of the cloud service in the address entry field of the Web browser.

    • The proxy server configured in the computer is used when accessing the login screen of FUJIFILM BI Direct. If you cannot connect, check the current proxy settings in [Open your computer's proxy settings] in Microsoft Edge.
  2. Enter the user ID and password for FUJIFILM BI Direct in [User ID] and [Password].
  3. Click [Log In].

Login Methods

  • For information on password login, login with a registered authenticator, multi-factor authentication, login with a linked account, or mobile login, see the Login Guide of FUJIFILM BI Direct (https://direct-fb.fujifilm.com/).
  • If the account ID selection screen is displayed when logging in to a device, select the account ID specified by your administrator. If you have any questions regarding the account ID, contact your administrator.

Password Login

You can log in by entering a password managed in FUJIFILM BI Direct.

Login with Registered Authenticator

You can use an authenticator for biometric authentication, etc. to log in, instead of a password. The following authenticators are supported.

  • Authenticator services embedded in a PC or mobile device, such as Windows Hello, Touch ID, or Face ID
  • Security key that complies with FIDO2 standards (such as YubiKey)

Multi-Factor Authentication

You can use two or more login methods when logging in for increased security.

Login with Linked Account

You can associate the user information in FUJIFILM BI Direct with an external authentication provider to log in with the account of an external authentication provider.

  • For a user linked with Universal Print, you can click Office 365 and log in with a Microsoft Entra ID user account.

Mobile Login

You can log in by operating a mobile device when logging in to the app of the device.

Logging In from the Control Panel of a Device

You can log in to the app of the device using the control panel.
