[Change Settings] Screen
This screen is displayed by tapping [] then selecting [Change Settings] on the job list screen.
It enables you to check and change the print settings.
- Some functions are not displayed for some models.
[Quantity]
Sets the number of copies to print.
[Output Color]
Sets the color mode for printing.
[2 Sided Printing]
Enables you to print on both sides of the paper.
[Pages per Side]
Enables you to print multiple pages of a file on a single sheet.
[Output Paper Size]
Configures the paper size to output.
[Reduce/Enlarge]
Select the magnification of the document to print.
[Paper Tray]
Selects the paper tray to use. When [Auto] is selected, an appropriate paper tray is selected.
[Booklet]
Prints multiple pages of an original with a page order for making a saddle-stitched booklet.
[Hole Punch]
Configures the position for punching holes and the number of holes.
[Page(s)]
Configures the pages to print. Enter the range of pages in [From] and [To], and tap [OK].
[Collation]
Configures the paper output method.
[Offset Stacking]
Outputs paper with the position offset to help identify the separate paper stacks.
[Output Destination]
Selects the paper tray to output to.
[Reset]
Restores the default values.
[Print]
Starts printing. Displays the [Print] screen.
[Change Settings] Screen (After Entering the Print Reference Number)
This screen is displayed by tapping [] on the [Document Information] screen (after entering the print reference number).
It enables you to check and change the print settings.
Reference Number
Displays the entered print reference number.
[
]
Displays the [Document Information] screen (after entering the print reference number).
[Reset]
Restores the default values of the function list.
Function List
Configure the various items as required.
