[Document Information] Screen

This screen is displayed by tapping [] then selecting [Document Information] on the job list screen.

It enables you to check the detailed information of a print job before printing.

Document Information

Displays the thumbnail image, file name, user, registration date/time, file size, number of pages, and original size.

• When a local mode job is selected, the displayed thumbnail is a dummy image.

[]

Displays the [Preview] screen.

[Update]

Updates the displayed information.

[Print]

Starts printing.

Displays the [Print] screen.

[Document Information] Screen (After Entering Print Reference Number)

This screen is displayed in the following cases.

• When a print reference number is entered on the [Enter Reference No.] screen and [OK] is tapped
• When a passcode is entered on the [Enter Passcode] screen and [OK] is tapped

It enables you to check the detailed information of a print job before printing.

Document Information
