Changing/Deleting User Information

  • Configure the following items when [Auth. Setting by] is set to [On] for supported devices.
    • [Setting Group]
    • [Password]
    • [E-mail Address]
    • [Card ID]
    • [Permission Settings]
    • [Copy Feature Access]
    • [Fax Feature Access]
    • [Scan Feature Access]
    • [Print Feature Access]
    For information on [Auth. Setting by], see the [Properties] screen of the device.
  1. Log in to FUJIFILM IWpro with the account of an administrator.

    • For information on logging in, see Logging In in "Getting Started with FUJIFILM IWpro".
  2. In the launcher menu, click [Admin Menu] > [Device Management].
  3. In the [Device Management] menu, click [List of Registered Users] in [User Management].

  4. Perform the following operations.
    When Changing User Information
    1. On the [List of Registered Users] screen, select the check mark of the user to change the user information for and click [Properties], or click [image] for the user to change the user information for.

      • You can also select multiple users and click [Properties] to change user information for multiple users at the same time. In that case, you can only change the accounting labels of the selected users.
    2. On the [Properties] screen for a user, change the settings of each item as required, then click [OK].

      • If you change [Setting Group], the process for reflecting setting information to devices is paused. To resume the process, click [Resume Update Reception for All Devices] on the [List of Registered Device] screen.
    When Deleting a User
    1. On the [List of Registered Users] screen, select the check mark of the user to delete and click [Delete], or click [image] for the user to delete.

      • You can also select multiple users and click [Delete] to delete multiple users at the same time.
    2. On the displayed confirmation screen, click [OK].
