What Is a Tray?
A dedicated place to receive and send documents.
- Multiple trays can be created to suit your needs.
- Trays can be shared with other users by changing the settings.
- Trays allow you to send and receive documents.
- Trays show the number of stored documents.
- You can check the history of transferred documents.
- Documents in a tray can be moved to a workspace, another tray, a Personal Postbox or an archive.
- You cannot upload documents directly to a tray.
- Once a rule is set for the tray, the rule can be executed on the stored documents.
- Once automatic attribute setting is enabled for the tray, attributes can be added to the stored documents.
