Troubleshooting Error Jobs
The following functionality is not available during maintenance hours. Perform the required operations after maintenance is complete.
- Importing documents from a device to FUJIFILM IWpro
- Importing documents to FUJIFILM IWpro from a Web browser
- Importing documents to FUJIFILM IWpro from a workspace or tray
If an error occurs because one of these operations was performed during maintenance hours, follow the procedure below.
When fax documents are imported from a device to FUJIFILM IWpro
An error occurs if fax documents are imported to FUJIFILM IWpro during maintenance hours. The fax documents will remain in the box of the device.
- After maintenance finishes, check the fax documents for which an error occurred in the notification e-mail.
- E-mail is sent to the e-mail address of the user that sent faxes from the device and the e-mail address configured on the [Error Notification] screen displayed by clicking [Rule Settings] > [Preferences] in the launcher menu.
- Tap [FUJIFILM IWpro Capture] on the home screen of the device to log in.
- On the rule selection screen, tap [Other Menus] > [Resend Fax].
- On the [Target Job(s) to Resend] screen, select the fax document for which an error has occurred and tap [Resend].
When documents stored in OneDrive are imported to FUJIFILM IWpro
An error occurs if documents stored in OneDrive are imported to FUJIFILM IWpro during maintenance hours. Documents for which an error occurred are stored in the error folder configured on the [Import from OneDrive for Business] screen.
- After maintenance finishes, check the documents for which an error occurred in the notification e-mail.
- E-mail is sent to the e-mail address of the user that configured importing from OneDrive and the e-mail address configured on the [Error Notification] screen displayed by clicking [Rule Settings] > [Preferences] in the launcher menu.
- Documents for which an error occurred are moved to the folder configured in [Monitored Folder] on the [Import from OneDrive for Business] screen.
The job is executed again.
When e-mail received in Microsoft Exchange Online is imported to FUJIFILM IWpro
An error occurs if e-mail received in Microsoft Exchange Online is imported to FUJIFILM IWpro during maintenance hours. The e-mail for which an error occurred is stored in the error folder of Microsoft Exchange Online.
- After maintenance finishes, check the e-mail for which an error occurred in the notification e-mail.
- E-mail is sent to the e-mail address of the user that configured importing from Microsoft Exchange Online and the e-mail address configured on the [Error Notification] screen displayed by clicking [Rule Settings] > [Preferences] in the launcher menu.
- The e-mail for which an error occurred is moved to the tray configured in [Email Inbox] on the [Import from Exchange Online] screen.
The job is executed again.
When documents are imported from a local computer using FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder
An error occurs if documents on a local computer are imported to FUJIFILM IWpro using FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder 1.0 during maintenance hours. Documents for which an error occurred are stored in the folder configured in [Error Folder] on the [Work Folder] screen of FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder ConfigTool.
If you are using FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder 1.1 or later, uploads are paused during maintenance hours and resumed after maintenance is complete. If you are using an older version, install the latest version.
- After maintenance finishes, the documents for which an error occurred are moved to the folder configured on the [Upload Settings] screen of FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder ConfigTool.
The jobs are recreated.
