[Import from Exchange Online] Screen

This screen is displayed by clicking [Rule Settings] > [Preferences] > [Import from Exchange Online] on the launcher screen of FUJIFILM IWpro. Only an administrator can display this screen.

It enables you to configure settings for automatically registering a job to FUJIFILM IWpro when the body and attachment files of an e-mail received in Exchange Online match the conditions of the rule.

• After the settings are configured, received e-mail is imported.
• Do not specify the same mail folder when users that belong to multiple tenants configure import settings for Exchange Online on a tenant basis. Multiple import rules cannot be applied to a single received e-mail.

[Add]

Displays the setting add/edit screen. You can register up to 30 settings.

[Edit]

Displays the setting add/edit screen. You can edit the selected settings.

• Editing is only possible when the login user is the user that registered the settings.

[Delete]

Deletes the selected settings.

[Go to Top]

Moves the selected setting to the top.

[Move Up]

Switches the selected setting with the setting one level above.

[Move Down]

Switches the selected setting with the setting one level below.

[Go to End]

Moves the selected setting to the bottom.

List of Settings

Displays a list of the settings. You can register up to 30 settings.

Check the conditions from the setting at the top of the setting list and execute a rule.

[Enabled]

When this is selected, the setting is enabled.

[]

Displays [Details], [Edit], and [Delete].

[Details]

Displays the detailed information of the rule.

[Edit]

Displays the setting add/edit screen. You can edit the selected settings.

[Delete]

Deletes the selected settings.
