Troubleshooting Method when Moving or Deletion Fails for Documents Stored in FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder
If documents stored in FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder fail to be moved or deleted, a list with one file path on each line is output to the set log folder. To prevent duplicate uploads, the upload service is stopped and e-mail notification is sent.
To resume uploading, it is necessary to check the upload status of the files in the list and delete the list after moving or deleting the files as required.
- If you can confirm that the files in the list have been uploaded successfully, delete the documents listed in "##ERROR_FailureFileList##.txt" to prevent duplicate registration. If it is necessary to manage the uploaded documents, move them to the Uploaded folder before deleting them.
- If the documents have not been uploaded successfully, store the documents to upload again in FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder with a processing rule set, after resuming uploading in step 3.
If the file cannot be output to the set log folder, it is output to the default log folder.
C:\ProgramData\FUJIFILM\FUJIFILM IWpro\Linked Folder\Log
