[Work Folder] Screen

This screen is displayed by performing steps 2 to 4 of Configuring FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder to start FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder ConfigTool, then clicking [Work Folder]. You can set the destination to save error files and log files.

[Upload Settings]

[Error Folder]

Saves documents that failed uploading from FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder to FUJIFILM IWpro. A default error folder is automatically created when FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder is installed.

You can also specify a new error folder.

  • If a file with the same name is in the folder, the date and time are appended to the file name when saving the file.

[Log Folder]

Saves the operation log of the upload function.

A default log folder is automatically created when FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder is installed.

You can also specify a new log folder.

[Save File to Uploaded Folder]

Sets whether to save documents uploaded from FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder to FUJIFILM IWpro.

If you set this to [On], continue to configure the destination folder and the storage period.

If you set it to [Off], documents are deleted after uploading to FUJIFILM IWpro.

[Uploaded Folder]

Saves documents that are successfully uploaded to FUJIFILM IWpro. A default uploaded folder is automatically created when FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder is installed.

You can also specify a new upload folder.

  • If a file with the same name is in the folder, the date and time are appended to the file name when saving the file.

[Retention Period (Days)]

Sets the period for saving the documents in the registered folder, within the range of 1 to 99 days. The documents are deleted when they expire.

  • If this is left blank, files are not deleted.

[Download Settings]

[Error Folder]

This folder stores files that fail to be output to the destination folder from the temporary folder and compressed files that fail to be decompressed. A default error folder is automatically created when FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder is installed. You can also specify a new error folder.

[Log Folder]

Saves the operation log of the download function. A default log folder is automatically created when FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder is installed. You can also specify a new log folder.

[Temporary Folder]

Temporarily stores the downloaded data. The data is then saved to the destination folder. Compressed files are decompressed to the temporary folder and the CSV files and image files that they contain are saved to the destination folder.

A default temporary folder is automatically created when FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder is installed. You can also specify a new temporary folder.

  • The default upload folder is created in "C:\ProgramData\FUJIFILM\FUJIFILM IWpro\Linked Folder".
  • The default download folder is created in "C:\ProgramData\FUJIFILM\FUJIFILM IWpro\AutoDownloader".
  • Folders on a network drive cannot be specified.

[Log Out]

Stops uploading and downloading from the specified folder and ends FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder ConfigTool.

[About]

Enables you to check the version of the FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder ConfigTool that is installed. You can download the installer for the latest version of FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder on the screen displayed by clicking [image] on the [Import Document] screen.

[Save]

Saves the specified settings. This can be clicked if you have configured the settings required for associating FUJIFILM IWpro Linked Folder with FUJIFILM IWpro.

  • If any files are uploading or downloading, they are uploaded or downloaded with the previous settings before restarting.
