Updating the Information of Service Users

An administrator can change the user information of users that use the FUJIFILM IWpro Print service.

  • Service users can be registered or deleted in FUJIFILM BI Direct. When user information is registered to a FUJIFILM BI Direct tenant, it is automatically synchronized as a user for FUJIFILM IWpro Print.

  1. Log in to FUJIFILM IWpro with the account of an administrator.

    • For information on logging in, see Logging In in "Getting Started with FUJIFILM IWpro".
  2. In the launcher menu, click [Admin Menu] > [Print].
  3. In the [Print] menu, click [List of Users] in [User Management].

  4. On the [List of Users] screen, click [image] for the user to update the information for.

  5. On the [Service User Details] screen, configure the various settings and click [Update].
