[Private Settings] Screen

This screen is displayed by clicking [] on the top right of the [Home] screen.

It enables you to check/change the offsite print usage settings, approval settings, and print settings.

[Usage Permission]

Displays whether the use of offsite printing is allowed. This is displayed when [Offsite Print By Service Users] is set to [Allow] or [Allow only if approved] on the [Offsite Print Settings] screen.

[Terms of Use]

This is displayed when [Offsite Print By Service Users] is set to [Allow only if approved] on the [Offsite Print Settings] screen.

[Approver]

Displays the approver if [Offsite Print By Service Users] is set to [Allow only if approved] on the [Offsite Print Settings] screen. To change the name, click this to enable [Select Approver for Offsite Print], select the approver from the list, and click [OK].

[Proxy Approver]

Displays the proxy approver name if the approver has set a proxy approver.

[Approval Permission]

[On] is displayed if the user performing the operation has approval permission.

[My Proxy Approver]

Displays the name of the proxy approver. To change the name, click this to enable [Select Proxy Approver for Offsite Print], select the proxy approver from the list, and click [OK].

[Users Subjected to Approval]

Displays the number of users with the user performing the operation set as their approver. To change the users, click this, select the users for approval, and click [Close].

[Recipient E-mail Address]

Displays the [Recipient E-mail Address] screen.

• Not displayed when an Entra ID account is used.

[netprint for Auto Offsite Print]

Click [Settings] to change the type of netprint and user ID.

[netprint Type]

Displays [netprint / netprint for business] or [Simple netprint].

[netprint User ID]

Displays the netprint user ID if [netprint Type] is set to [netprint / netprint for business].

[Print Settings for netprint Auto Send]

Click [Settings] to configure the print settings on the [Print Settings for netprint Auto Send] screen.

[Enable default value for netprint Auto Send]

Enable this to enable [Offsite Print to netprint] on the [File Upload] screen by default.

[Default Value of Auto Offsite Print to Public Printers].

Enable this to enable [Offsite Print to Public Printer] by default on the [File Upload] screen.
