[Shared Users Details] Screen

This screen is displayed by clicking [] on the [List of Shared Users] screen.

[User ID]

Enter the second half of the user ID. You can enter up to 20 characters.

• The first half of the user ID is automatically assigned and cannot be edited.

[Password]

Enter the password used for logging in to FUJIFILM IWpro Print. You can enter up to 20 characters. You can click [] to check the entered password.

[Output Color Restrictions and Default]

Selects the output color that can be specified in [Output Color] on the [File Upload] screen and the default value.

[2 Sided Restrictions and Default]

Selects the default value for [2 Sided] on the [File Upload] screen.

• The 1 sided/2 sided setting can be changed when uploading a file.

[netprint Auto Send]

Sets whether to enable [Offsite Print to netprint] on the [File Upload] screen for shared users by default.

• It can be set when [Shared User Offsite Print Settings] > [Print with netprint] is enabled on the [Offsite Print Settings] screen.

[Printing via Other Tenants (print with public printers in FUJIFILM IWpro Print)]

Sets whether to enable [Offsite Print to FUJIFILM IWpro Print Public Printer] on the [File Upload] screen for shared users by default.

• It can be set when [Shared User Offsite Print Settings] > [Method to Print via Public Printers] is enabled on the [Offsite Print Settings] screen.
