[Usage Data Accounting] Screen

This screen is displayed by clicking [Usage Data Accounting] in [Accounting] in the [Device Management] menu.

It enables you to perform accounting on usage data according to your needs, by using accounting patterns registered in a tenant and configuring accounting conditions such as the accounting target, display items such as copy count and print count, and the drawing method. Accounting conditions you have configured can be registered to Device Management as accounting patterns and reused.

[Enable Accounting]

Displays the [Accounting Settings] screen.

[Use Pattern]

Displays the [Select Accounting Pattern] screen. You can recall a registered accounting pattern to perform accounting on device usage data.

[Register Pattern]

Displays the [Register Accounting Pattern] screen.

[Download Data]

Displays the [Download Data] screen.

[Download Graph]

Enables you to download a graph. The tables and charts of the accounting results are written to a file in the CSV format.

[Print]

Displays the [Print Settings] screen.
