Customers using FUJIFILM IWpro for the first time should refer to the manual to perform the setup procedure.

For customers using "FUJIFILM IWpro Scan Delivery" or "FUJIFILM IWpro Fax Delivery"

Accessing FUJIFILM IWpro

When the e-mail titled "Getting started with FUJIFILM IWpro" arrives, the FUJIFILM IWpro service can be used.

  • If an e-mail titled "FUJIFILM Business Innovation Service Commencement Procedure" arrives before the e-mail titled "Getting started with FUJIFILM IWpro", click [Tenant Participation Confirmation URL] in the body of the invitation e-mail, and click [Participate].
    When using FUJIFILM BI Direct for the first time, a password must be configured.

This procedure is not required if you are already using FUJIFILM BI Direct.
Logging In to

  • If a screen prompting you to agree to the terms of use or privacy policy for FUJIFILM IWpro is displayed, check the displayed information and click [Accept and Proceed].
