Common Properties of Annotations
Annotation properties appear when you select an annotation and then select [Properties] from the [Edit] menu.
The properties such as the color, position, and font of the annotation are classified in the tabs. There are 2 tabs such as the tab displayed on all the annotations and the tab displayed according to the types of annotations. This section describes the tab displayed on all the annotations.

Items displayed on the tab
Items such as [Name], [Decide shape when pasting], or [Decide character string when pasting] are displayed when the annotation properties are displayed from [Annotation Toolbar Options] dialog box. The items above are explained in "Items displayed on the common property tab of annotations".
Tab
The following tab is displayed in the property of all annotations in common.
Refer to the each linked topic above for the details of each type of the annotation.
[Advanced] tab is displayed depending on the type of annotation. The content of the [Advanced] tab is different for the type of the annotation. For the [Advanced] tab, click [Help] with [Advanced] tab displayed, and refer to the Help.
[Information] tab is displayed in the shapes annotations properties, date and time annotation properties, and cloud annotation properties. You cannot change the content of the [Information] tab.
