[Upload Completed] Screen

This screen is displayed when the upload process completes after clicking [Upload] on the [File Upload] screen for a shared users.

It enables you to check the print reference number and detailed file information, and download the print file.

Thumbnail

Displays a preview of the first page of the file.

[Print Reference Number]

Displays the seven digit print reference number.

[File Name]

Displays the file name.

[Expiration Date]

Displays the expiration date of the file.

[Output Color]

Displays the value set for [Output Color] on the [File Upload] screen for a shared users.

[Page Count]

Displays the number of pages of the file.

[2 Sided Printing]

Displays the value set for [2 Sided Printing] on the [File Upload] screen for a shared users.

[Size(KB)]

Displays the size of the file.

[Pages per Side]

Displays the value set for [Pages per Side] on the [File Upload] screen for a shared users.

[Status]

Displays [Converting] or [Printing enabled].

[Offsite Destination]

Displays the offsite print destinations selected on the [File Upload] screen for a shared users.

[netprint Reference Number]

Displayed when netprint forwarding was used. If an error occurs during netprint forwarding, the suspected cause of the error is displayed.

[Confirm Print Job]

Downloads the print file. Not displayed if the print file cannot be downloaded or [Download Preview File] is not allowed on the [Basic Settings] screen.
