Registering/Deleting a Shared User

  • Shared users can only be used with a tenant that has purchased the shared print option.
  1. Log in to FUJIFILM IWpro with the account of an administrator.

    • For information on logging in, see Logging In in "Getting Started with FUJIFILM IWpro".
  2. In the launcher menu, click [Admin Menu] > [Print].
  3. In the [Print] menu, click [List of Shared Users] in [User Management].

  4. Perform the following operations.
    When Registering a Shared User
    1. On the [List of Shared Users] screen, click [Register].

    2. On the [Register Shared User] screen, configure the various settings and click [Register].

    When Deleting a Shared User
    1. On the [List of Shared Users] screen, click [image] for the user to delete.

    2. On the displayed confirmation screen, click [OK].

      • If a shared user is deleted, the jobs registered by that shared user are also deleted.
    When Deleting the Uploaded Files of Shared Users
    1. On the [List of Shared Users] screen, click [Delete File] for the user ID to delete the files of.

    2. On the displayed confirmation screen, click [OK].
