Setting up the “Quotation” Evidence Definition

On the structure editor screen for the “Contract Management” business item definition, select [Quotation] and click the [Basic Settings] tab.

For information on how to display the structure editor screen of the “Contract Management” business item, refer to steps 1 to 3 in “Settings for the [Basic Settings] Tab”.

Click [Select] under [Document Evidence Attribute].
The [Select Document Attribute] screen appears.

Select the checkboxes of the attributes below, and click [Select].
Case Number, Case Name, Business Partner, Document Type, Original Storage Location, Quotation Date, Quotation Number, Quotation Expiration Date, and Quotation Total (excluding tax)
The selected attributes are added to the [Document Evidence Attribute] list.

Click or to change the order of the document evidence attributes as follows.
  • Case Number
  • Case Name
  • Business Partner
  • Document Type
  • Original Storage Location
  • Quotation Date
  • Quotation Number
  • Quotation Expiration Date
  • Quotation Total (excluding tax)

Click the [Operation] tab, and select [Register] for [Operation on Evidence].

Click [Select Evidence Attribute] for [Document Evidence Attribute Input Settings].
The [Select Evidence Attribute] screen appears.

Select [Case Number] and click [Select].
The [Input Item Settings] screen appears.
8.
Select [Property Reference Value] for [Input Method], and click [Select].
The [Select Property] screen appears.
9.
Select [Case Number] and click [Select].
10.
Click [OK].
“Case Number” is added to the [Document Evidence Attribute] list.
11.
Add the following attributes to the [Document Evidence Attribute] list using the same procedure as steps 6 to 10.
