Setting up the [Basic Settings] Tab

On the [Manage Business Item] screen of the “Contract Management” business item, click the [Manage Business Item Definitions] tab.

For information on how to display the [Manage Business Item] screen of the “Contract Management” business item, refer to steps 1 to 3 in “4.1 Creating a Business Item Definition”.

Select the business item definition in draft status, and click [Edit] to select [Edit Structure] from the menu.
The [Edit Business Item Definition] screen appears.

Click [OK].
The structure editor screen for the “Contract Management” business item definition appears.
4.
Select [Case Data] and click [Create New] under [Case Data Evidence Attribute].
The [Create New Case Data Evidence Attribute] screen appears.
5.
Enter the following and click [OK].
Attribute Name Data Type Single-Value/ Multi-Value
Case Name String Single-value
“Case Name” is added to the case data evidence attribute.
6.
Add the following case data evidence attributes using the same procedure as steps 4 and 5.
Attribute Name Data Type Single-Value/ Multi-Value
Case Status String Single-value
Business Partner Code String Single-value
Business Partner String Single-value
Assignee User/Group Multi-Value
7.
Click or to change the order of the case data evidence attributes as follows.
  • Case Name
  • Case Status
  • Business Partner Code
  • Business Partner
  • Assignee
