Setting up the “Quotation” Step
1.
On the structure editor screen for the “Contract Management” business item definition, select [Quotation] under [Step] and click the [Properties] tab.

Click [Create New] and select [Create Property from Evidence Attribute] from the menu.
The [Select Evidence Attribute] screen appears.
3.
Select the checkbox of [Quotation Number], and click [Select].
“Quotation Number” is added to the property.
4.
Select [Quotation Number] from [Property Name], and click 
to move the item to the top of the list.

Click [Save].
The [Save Business Item Definition] screen appears.
6.
Click [OK].
