Setting up the [Operation] Tab
1.
On the structure editor screen for the “Contract Management” business item definition, select [Case Data] and click the [Operation] tab.

For information on how to display the structure editor screen of the “Contract Management” business item, refer to steps 1 to 3 in “Settings for the [Basic Settings] Tab”.

Select [Update] for [Operation on Case Data Evidence], and click [Select Evidence Attribute] under [Case Data Evidence Attribute Input Settings].

The [Select Evidence Attribute] screen appears.

Select [Case Name] and click [Select].

The [Input Item Settings] screen appears.

Click [OK].

“Case Name” is added to the [Case Data Evidence Attribute Input Settings] list.

Add the following attributes to the [Case Data Evidence Attribute Input Settings] list using the same procedure as steps 2 to 4.

*1: For attributes marked “Optional” in the “Input” column, do not select the [Required] checkbox on the [Input Item Settings] screen.

Click [Save].

The [Save Business Item Definition] screen appears.

Click [OK].
