[Linkage with FUJIFILM BI Direct] Screen

This screen is displayed by clicking [Linkage with FUJIFILM BI Direct] in [System Settings] in the [Device Management] menu.

It displays a list of the history of synchronizing with FUJIFILM BI Direct.

[Manual Sync]

Retrieves user information from FUJIFILM BI Direct and manually registers it to Device Management.

On the displayed screen, click [OK].

List of Synchronization History

Displays the date and time that synchronization was last performed for service users and devices, the result of the process, and the date and time that synchronization was last performed successfully.

The synchronized service users are linked with the device users in the user properties and in [User Information] on the [List of Registered Users] screen.

Of the synchronized service users, service administrators are displayed on the [Account Administrator Settings] screen and the [List of Users] screen when printing.

With synchronized devices, the device license assignment information is synchronized and reflected in the Device function of each device.
