[Settings for Monitored Folders] Screen
This screen is displayed by clicking [] on the [Upload Settings] screen. It enables you to configure settings regarding the folder and CSV file to associate with a rule.
[Path of Monitored Folder]
Specifies the folder for automatically uploading the stored files.
- If you want to set a shared folder in the linked folder settings, perform the following operations.
- For a workgroup environment
- Register users with the same user name and password to the PC of the shared folder and the PC where Linked Folder is installed ("User A" in this example).
- Assign read/write privileges to User A of the shared folder.
- Add User A to the Administrators group on the PC where Linked Folder is installed.
- Set User A as the logon user in the service (specify using the format "User A").
- For a domain environment
In this example, a domain user called "User B" is used.- Assign read/write privileges to User B of the shared folder.
- Add User B to the Administrators group on the PC where Linked Folder is installed.
- Set User B as the logon user in the service (specify using the format "<domain name>/User B").
- For a workgroup environment and domain environment together
For example, when the shared folder PC is using a workgroup environment and the Linked Folder PC is using a domain environment, add a user to the domain environment PC with the same user name and password as that in the workgroup environment PC.
- For a workgroup environment
[CSV File Attachment]
Selects whether to attach a CSV file. Configure the parameters in the CSV file when uploading documents.
- The CSV file for specifying parameters itself is not uploaded.
- The header name of the CSV file is used as the parameter name in [Output Local PC Documents]. For details, see the [Output Local PC Documents] screen for Rule Settings.
[CSV File Type]
Selects the format of the file name for the CSV file to attach.

[Single (with extension)]
Specifies the parameters for a single registration file in a CSV file.
[Single (without extension)]
Specifies the parameters for a single registration file in a CSV file.
[Multiple]
Specifies the parameters for multiple registration files in one CSV file.
[CSV File Character Code]
Selects the character encoding used in the CSV file.
