[Setting {integer} Folder Settings] Screen

This screen is displayed by tapping [Transfer Destination Settings {integer}] on the [Fax Transfer Settings] screen.

It enables you to configure the destination folder and destination for forwarding faxes.

[Folder]

The [Folder Selection] screen is displayed.

[File Name]

Displays the [Name of File/Document to Transfer] screen.

[File Format]

Selects the file format of the files generated when forwarding with fax forwarding settings.

[Transfer Destination]

Displays the [Received Fax Document Transfer Destination] screen.

[Print Received File]

Sets whether to print received fax documents.

[Error Notification]

Enables/disables e-mail notification when an error occurs while forwarding a fax. When set to [Enable], e-mail notification is sent when a fax error occurs.

[Email Address] ([Notification Destination Set on Multifunction Device])

Sets the e-mail address to notify when [Error Notification] is set to [Enable].

[Email Address] ([Notification Destination Set on Web Portal])

Displays up to three e-mail addresses set in the Web portal. If an e-mail address is not set, [(Not Set)] is displayed.

[OK]

Saves the settings and returns to the [Fax Transfer Settings] screen.
