[Received Fax Document Transfer Destination] Screen

This screen is displayed by tapping [Transfer Destination] on the [Setting {integer} Folder Settings] screen.

It enables you to configure rules and forwarding destinations for received fax documents.

[Enter Keyword]

Enables you to search for rules by entering an arbitrary string.

[]

Displays [Change Sort Order] and [Refresh].

[Change Sort Order]

Changes the order of the rule list.

[Refresh]

Updates the displayed information.

Rule List

Selects the rule to set for the received fax documents.

[My Folder]

Sets My Folder as the forwarding destination for received fax documents.

A folder can also be selected.

[Tray]

Sets a tray as the forwarding destination for received fax documents. Select a tray of your choice.

A folder can also be selected.

[Workspace]

Sets a workspace as the forwarding destination for received fax documents. Select a workspace of your choice.

A folder can also be selected.
