Configuring Error Notification

You can configure the e-mail address to notify if an error occurs during the following processes.

  • Forwarding faxes
  • Importing from OneDrive for Business
  • Importing from Exchange Online

  • If an error occurs in other processes, the e-mail address of the user that executed the process is notified.
  1. Log in to FUJIFILM IWpro with the account of a tenant administrator.

    • For information on logging in, see Logging In in "Getting Started with FUJIFILM IWpro".
  2. In the launcher menu, click [Admin Menu] > [Rule Settings].
  3. On the [Rule List] screen, click [Preferences].

  4. On the [Preferences] screen, click [Error Notification].

  5. On the [Error Notification] screen, click [Settings].

  6. Enter an e-mail address in the e-mail address entry field, and click [OK].

    • E-mail may not arrive due to reception blocking or domain blocking settings. Configure the reception settings to allow e-mail from the domain "@fujifilm.com".
