Process Confirmation Screen
This screen is displayed in the following cases.
- When you select [Register New Device] or [Set Device Again] on the operation selection screen, then click [Next] on the process selection screen for the function to use on the device
- When you select [Unregister Device] on the operation selection screen, then click [Next] on the device unregistration screen
Content of Process
Total Number of Devices
Displays the number of devices to install or remove functions.
[Device Settings]
Displays the settings configured on the security settings screen and proxy server settings screen and the settings configured on the process selection screen for the function to use on the device.
List of Devices That Cannot Install or Remove Functions
Before executing a process, check whether the device can install or remove functions.
A device that cannot install or remove functions is displayed in the list.
[Status]
Displays the status indicating whether the specified function can be installed or removed.
[IP Address / Host Name]
Displays the IP address/host name of the device.
[Device ID]
Displays the device ID.
[Features That Cannot be Installed or Deleted]
Displays the functions that cannot be installed or removed.
[Details/Solution]
Click [Browse] to display a screen indicating the cause and remedy for problems that have occurred with the selected device.
Follow the displayed remedy.
[Status Updated On]
Displays the last day and time that the status indicating whether the specified function can be installed or removed was checked.
[Export]
Exports to a text file a description of the process and a list of the devices that cannot install or remove functions.
[Register]/[Change Settings]/[Unregister]
Starts, changes, or cancels device registration.
- [Register] is displayed when register a device, [Change Settings] is displayed when reconfiguring the settings of a device, and [Unregister] is displayed when unregistering a device.
- If there is a device that could not be registered, a detailed message is displayed for the device with the problem.
