*1 When you upload multiple documents with the same name, you can save up to five versions without overwriting.
*2 This is a function to send a document URL by e-mail when you release a document that you uploaded to Working Folder to other users. If they access the URL described in the e-mail, they can download the document without logging in Working Folder.
Documents in a Secure Drawer cannot be shared.
*3 Checking out means to lock a document and then download it. Other users cannot upload, delete, rename, and check out a checked-out document until it is unlocked.
Checking in means to upload a new version of the document and then unlock it.
Documents in a Secure Drawer cannot be checked out.
There are two ways to check out/check in. Please see the following.
- Checking Out/In DocuWorks Files
- Using Extended Folder (Local)
*4 Folders and documents in a Secure Drawer cannot be downloaded.
*5 This setting can be configured by an administrator.
*6 You can set whether to convert files to DocuWorks Documents before they are uploaded to Working Folder when you perform one of the following operations:
- When you drag and drop files from Explorer or the desktop into the workspace area where items in Working Folder are being displayed.
- When you drag and drop files, from the workspace area where items in User Folder or Link Folder are being displayed, into the Working Folder folder being displayed in the Folder area of Desk.
*7 This function is available only when you contract for Working Folder Plus.
*2 This is a function to send a document URL by e-mail when you release a document that you uploaded to Working Folder to other users. If they access the URL described in the e-mail, they can download the document without logging in Working Folder.
