Deleting (Putting in the Working Folder Trash Bin)
Folders and documents deleted on DocuWorks Extended Folder for Working Folder are put in the Working Folder Trash Bin.
You can display and operate the Working Folder Trash Bin through a Web browser.

Note
- The file size of the documents in the Trash Bin is included in the usage amount of the cabinet.
Therefore, if you keep using DocuWorks Extended Folder for Working Folder without deleting documents in the Trash Bin, the usage amount of the cabinet may reach the upper limit.
We recommend that you periodically access Working Folder through a Web browser to empty the Trash Bin. - When a folder has any subfolder not set with the "writable" permission, the folder (including all the subfolders and their documents inside) cannot be deleted. An error message appears if you select and try to delete multiple folders or documents that include a folder not set with the "writable" permission. If you have logged in as an administrator; however, you can delete anything regardless of the permission setting.
Procedure
1.
In the folder area or workspace area(*), display the folder or document to delete.
2.
Select one or more folders or documents to delete.
3.
Press the <Delete> key or right-click and select [Delete] from the pop-up menu.
4.
When a message confirming whether you want to delete (move to the Working Folder Trash Bin) the folders or documents is displayed, click [Yes].
The folders or documents are moved to the Working Folder Trash Bin.
