Status
The [Status] tab displays information and the status of the printer.
General:
This page displays [Printer Name], [IP Address], [Product Name], [Location], [Contact Person] and [Status], and the [Refresh] button of the printer. The message displayed next to [Status] is linked to the [Fault Status] page.
Clicking the [Refresh] button updates the status of the printer.
Printer Status:
Displays the status of [Paper Tray], [Output Tray], [Cover], and [Consumables].
Fault Status:
Printer Status - Paper Tray
Displays [Paper Tray], [Tray Capacity], [Status], [% Full], [Paper Size], [Paper Type], and the status icons of the paper trays.
- Paper Tray
Displays the paper trays used.
- Tray Capacity
Displays the maximum capacity of each paper tray.
- Status
Displays the status of each paper tray.
- "Out of paper": The tray is empty.
- "Ready": Some paper is left but the volume is uncertain.
- "Add paper": The amount of paper remaining unknown. Time to add paper.
- % Full
Displays an image indicating the status for each tray.
- Paper Size
Displays the size of the paper loaded in each paper tray.
- Paper Type
Displays the type of the paper loaded in each paper tray.
[Refresh] button
Printer Status - Output Tray
Displays [Tray], [Tray Capacity] and [Status].
When the free capacity of the tray is unknown, the tray itself is not displayed. Also, when no tray exists that can be displayed, the page itself is not displayed.
- Tray
Displays the output tray used.
- Tray Capacity
Displays the maximum capacity of the output tray.
- Status
Displays the status of the output tray.
This item does not appear when the printer is unable to know the status of output tray.
- "Full": The output tray is full.
- "Ready": The tray is still available for output but the capacity is unknown.
Remove paper from the output tray when "Full" is displayed.

Printer Status - Cover
Displays [Cover] and [Status].
- Cover
Displays the type of cover.
- Status
Displays whether each cover is open or closed.
- "Closed": The cover is closed.
- "Open": The cover is open.
[Refresh] button
Printer Status - Consumables
Displays [Components], [Status] and status icon of the toner cartridge.
- Components
Displays the name of the consumables.
- Status
Displays the status of the consumables.
For toner:
- "nn%": Indicates the percentage of toner remaining in the cartridge.
- "Out of toner": The printer has run out of toner.
- "Replace Soon": Toner remaining unknown. Should be replaced.
For consumables other than toner:
- "nn%": Indicates the percentage of the remaining amount of consumables.
- "Replace Now": Empty
- "Replace Soon": The remaining life unknown. Should be replaced.

Fault Status - Fault Status
Displays [Location] and [Details].
Since CentreWare Internet Services does not have an implementation, event information is retrieved via the Printer MIB of the main unit controller side. Therefore, when an abnormality occurs in the display content, confirm with the main unit controller F/W (or Printer MIB).
- Location
Displays the fault location in the printer. "-" indicates that the printer is unable to specify the location.
- Details
Displays the details of faults.
