Security - LDAP Authentication
This page allows you to configure the settings for the LDAP authentication.
The following settings will become active after rebooting the printer from CentreWare Internet Services or manually turning off and on the printer.
Turning off your printer will clear the data in the main memory but not the one stored in the optional device memory, if installed.

Authentication Method
Displays the method of the LDAP authentication.
Use Added Text String
Allows you to use the text string added to user name. You can select [Enable] or [Disable] for this feature. [Disable] is the default setting.
Text String Added to User Name
Enter the character strings to be added to user name within 64 bytes. The characters that can be entered include alphanumeric characters, periods (.) hyphens (-), underscores (_), and the @ mark.
LDAP Server
Click the [LDAP Server] link to configure the LDAP server settings. When clicked, the [LDAP Server] page appears.
