Security - Authentication System

This page allows you to configure the authentication system settings.
The following settings will become active after rebooting the printer from CentreWare Internet Services or manually turning off and on the printer.
Turning off your printer will clear the data in the main memory but not the one stored in the optional device memory, if installed.

Authentication Type


Authentication System Settings
Select the authentication system from [Kerberos (Windows)] or [LDAP].


Kerberos Server
Click the [Kerberos Server] link to configure the Kerberos server settings. When clicked, the [Kerberos Server] page appears.


LDAP Server
Click the [LDAP Server] link to configure the LDAP server settings. When clicked, the [LDAP Server] page appears.

Optional Information


Server Response Timeout
Set the time to wait for a response from the server. The timeout period can be set within the range of 1 to 75 seconds.


Search Timeout
Set the timeout period of the search. The timeout period can be set within the range of 5 to 120 seconds.
