Sending a Signature Request


You can use DocuSign to send a signature request for the documents existing in FUJIFILM IWpro Workspace.

Procedure
1.
You can send a signature request using the operations below.
  • In thumbnail view, select the documents, and select Signed from the quick menu. Multiple documents can be selected.
  • In thumbnail view, select the documents, and select [Send a Signature Request (DocuSign)] from Task Navigationbar. Multiple documents can be selected.
  • In list view, select [Send] > [Send a Signature Request (DocuSign)] from menu of the document.
  • In list view, select the check boxes for the documents, and select [Send a Signature Request (DocuSign)] from [Batch Operation]. Multiple documents can be selected.
2.
The DocuSign site will be displayed in another browser. Login to the DocuSign.
Note
You will stay logged in for 8 hours once you login. You do not need to login again during this period.
If your DocuSign user belongs to multiple accounts, the account specified as the default account will be used to connect with DocuSign.
3.
Follow the instructions on DocuSign, and send the signature request.
