[Tenant Information] Screen

This screen is displayed by clicking [Tenant Information] in [System Settings] in the [Print] menu.

It enables you to check the number of files, devices, and users managed in the tenant.

[File Count]

Displays the number of files managed in the tenant.

[Device Count]

Displays the number of devices managed in the tenant.

[User Count]

Displays the total number of users managed in the tenant.

[Number of Shared Users]

Displays the number of shared users managed in the tenant.

• Shared users can only be used with a tenant that has purchased the shared print option.

[Tenant ID]

Displays the tenant ID.

[Tenant Name]

Displays the tenant name. You can also change the name.
