[Log Search] Screen

This screen is displayed in the following cases.

• When [Log Search] is clicked on the [Home] screen
• When [Log Search] is clicked in [Home] in the [Print] menu

It enables you to search the offsite print log.

Search Conditions

Specifies conditions based on items in the offsite print log. You can add up to five items with [+] and delete items with [-].

Search Method

Select [Search logs matching all conditions or] or [matching any of the condition] as the search method.

[Search]

Performs a search with the specified search conditions and search method. The search results are displayed in the offsite print log list.

[Reset]

Restores the default search conditions and search method.

[Download Details]

Downloads the search results.

[Table Settings]

Displays the [Table Settings] screen.

Offsite Print Log List

Up to 50 offsite print log events can be displayed on each page. You can click the header to sort the selected items. The items displayed also differ depending on whether the offsite print approval function is enabled or disabled.
