Registering a Universal Print Virtual Printer to a User PC

  1. Sign in to Windows with the target Microsoft Entra ID user account to register Universal Print to.
  2. Click [Start] > [Settings] > [Devices] > [Printers & scanners] > [Add a printer or scanner].
  3. Select [Work or school printers], then enter the printer you registered in Registering a Printer to Entra ID in the keyword field and execute a search.
  4. In the displayed list, select the printer you registered in Registering a Printer to Entra ID, and click [Add Device].
