Checking Translate Document Status
There is a limit to the number of translated documents. Each office can translate up to 500 pages per month (ending last day of the month, Japanese time). The administrator can check the document translation status in the following ways.
Note
- Documents cannot be registered if office translation status exceeds 500 pages. If the limit is reached when the translation is performed, the message "The upper limit for translation page count has been exceeded. Unable to run translation this month.” will be inserted as a warning page at the top of the translated document. However, all pages of the document to be translated have been translated.
- User will be notified by e-mail once the translation processing is complete. The patterns of notified e-mails are as follows:
- Translation completion notification
- Translation failure notification (when unable to translate)
Sent when unable to translate the document as it contains images or text that cannot be analyzed, or does not contain text to be translated.
- Translation failure notification (when translation results cannot be registered)
Sent when the destination is not found; when the attribute constraint for the destination cabinet document type (default value) was set with required constraint; when the user does not have access permission to the destination; or when the maximum capacity or number of pages to be translated has been reached. - You can edit the e-mail notification template. Check from Office [Basic Information]

Click
in the upper left corner of the screen and click [File Management] in the Admin menu.

From the menu, click [Office].
3.
Click the [Basic Information] tab.
[This Month's Translation Page Count] is displayed on the [Office Information] screen.
Check from [Cabinet Usage Status]
1.
Click
in the upper left corner of the screen and click [File Management] in the Admin menu.

2.
From the menu, click [Cabinet Usage Status].
[This Month's Translation Page Count] is displayed on the [Usage Status by Cabinet] screen.
Check from Cabinet [Basic Information]
1.
Click
in the upper left corner of the screen and click [File Management] in the Admin menu.

2.
From the menu, click [Cabinet/Drawer].
The [Cabinet List] screen appears.
3.
Select the cabinet you want to check.
The [Cabinet Information] screen appears.
4.
Click the [Basic Information] tab.
[This Month's Translation Page Count] is displayed.
