[Download Backup Data] Screen

This screen is displayed by clicking [Download Backup Data] in [System Settings] in the [Device Management] menu.

It displays a list of links for downloading the backup files of user information or device information. Click the backup data to download, and save the file.

• When the user information registered in Device Management is changed, a compressed file of the user information is created during the night of that day. The user information registered at that point is backed up.

[User Information]

Displays only links downloading the backup files of user information in the list.

[Device Information]

Displays only links downloading the backup files of device information in the list.

[Date]

Displays the date and time that the backup file was created.

[Backup Data]

Click this link to download the backup file.

The backup data is created as a file in the CSV format. You can update the user information in Device Management by clicking [CSV Upload] on the [List of Registered Users] screen and uploading a file.
