[Display Item] Screen

This screen is displayed by clicking [Display Item] on the [Accounting Settings] screen.

It enables you to configure the information to display in tables and charts.

The information displayed on the screen differs according to the display type selected in [Display Type] on the [Display Type] screen. After configuring the settings, click [Start] to display a table or graph reflecting the settings.

If you selected [Table] in [Display Type]

[By Service]

Select the check boxes of the items to display.

Select the impressions when printing, copying, and fax printing, and the total impressions.

[Total Charges for All Selected Services]

Select this check box to display the total charges for the selected functions as a table.

[By Output Color]

Select the check boxes of the items to display.

[By Service (N-Up Impressions)]

Select this check box to display the accounting results of two pages per side, four pages per side, and eight or more pages per side for copying and printing.

[By Service (2 Sided Sheets)]

Select this check box to display the accounting results of two-sided copying, printing, and fax printing.

[Paper Reduction]

Select this check box to display the accounting results of the number of sheets reduced and sheet reduction ratio.

[Sheets Printed by Document Type]

Select this check box to display the accounting results of sheets printed for each document type.

[Number of Jobs by Number of Sets]

Select this check box to display the accounting results of the number of jobs by the number of sets.

  • The number of sets is divided into four types: 1, 2 to 5, 6 to 10, and 11 or more.

[Total Sheets]

Select this check box to display the total number of sheets.

[Accounting Period]

Select the accounting times in four hour blocks.

If you selected an item other than [Table] in [Display Type]

[Accounting Unit]

Select the unit for accounting.

  • If you selected [Device Running Time Accounting (Seconds)] in [Accounting Data Type], the accounting unit cannot be selected and is fixed to [Seconds].
If you selected [Impressions] in [Accounting Unit]

Select the check boxes of the items to display.

If you selected [Impressions (N-Up)] in [Accounting Unit]

Select the check boxes of the items to display.

If you selected [Sheets (Paper Reduction)] in [Accounting Unit]

Select the check boxes of the items to display.

If you selected [Sheets (2 Sided / 1 Sided)] in [Accounting Unit]

Select the check boxes of the items to display.

If you selected [Charges] in [Accounting Unit]

Select the check boxes of the items to display.

If you selected [Sheets Printed (Document Type)] in [Accounting Unit]

No check boxes are displayed. All document types are set as the target for accounting.
