[Create New Folder] Screen

Select a folder with [<Available>] displayed on the [Folder Selection] screen, and tap [OK].

This registers a new folder.

[Folder Name]

Enter a name for the folder.

[Check Folder Passcode]

Displays the [Check Folder Passcode] screen.

[Delete Files After Retrieval]

Sets whether to automatically delete the documents in a folder after printing or retrieval.

[Delete Expired Files]

Sets whether to delete documents in a folder at the specified time when they expire.

If you select [On], documents are retained for the period set by the system administrator. Documents that expire are deleted at the time set by the system administrator.

[OK]

The configured folder is registered and the [Fax Transfer Settings] screen is displayed.
