Document Selection Screen

This screen is displayed in the following cases.

• When you tap [Personal Postbox] on the [Print] screen
• When you tap [Tray] on the [Print] screen and tap a corresponding tray
• When you tap [Workspace] on the [Print] screen and tap a corresponding workspace or folder

It enables you to select the document to print.

Displays the print settings screen.

Updates the displayed page.

Moves one folder up.

Displays [Change Sort Order] and [List] (or [Thumbnail]).

[Change Sort Order]

Changes the order of the displayed documents.

[List]/[Thumbnail]

Changes the method for displaying the documents.

Document List

Select the document to print.

Displays the document details screen.

Print Information

Displays the information set on the print settings screen.

[Start]

Prints the selected document.
