Step 5: Testing Fax Reception

You can test whether a fax document is saved in the specified folder as configured in the fax forwarding settings.

1. Tap [FUJIFILM IWpro Capture] on the home screen of the device.
2. Log in with the account of the FUJIFILM IWpro administrator.
   • For information on logging in, see Logging In in "Getting Started with FUJIFILM IWpro".
3. On the rule selection screen, tap [Other Menus].

   

4. On the [Other Menus] screen, tap [Fax Transfer Settings].

   

5. On the [Fax Transfer Settings] screen, tap [] for the forwarding settings to test.

   

6. Select [Send Test] in the displayed menu, then tap [Send].
   A screen indicating that test sending is complete is displayed.
7. Tap [OK].
8. Tap [] on the [Fax Transfer Settings] screen.

   

9. On the [Other Menus] screen, tap [View History].

   

10. On the [View History] screen, check the results of test sending.
